My pups and I came in without an appointment, and I explained the dilemma I was in, my ac output stopped working sat, I explained my whole trip revolves around ac for my pups. If I didnt get this working my trip would be over. They took me right in got everything working within a few hours. Gyan and Mason you are awesome and I cant express how thankful I am for you. Oh and I stopped in Sunday Shawn was working he was very helpful and I really appreciate him trying to help. We have had Galpin Ford in Dewey service our motorhome for us for several years, and they always do a great job for us. Just recently had our Motorhome in for a service and an exhaust leak and Lano was great to work with! Not really knowing what the problem was with our motorhome he took the time to always let us know what they found. Galpin Service department has always been honest and good to work with and their staff is always so helpful.

I have had another great experience with Galpin's service center. Had a fuel leak that they diagnosed and fixed, and in the process they found a belt that was breaking and they replaced it without hesitation. The guys are amazing, and have always taken such great care of my car for me.

My 2020 E-450 Motorhome lost all brakes due to a split brake hose. I was barely able to drive in to the Dewey shop safely. The service manager expressed genuine concerns for my safety, and said he would have a service advisor immediately do a quick check. The service advisor, Lano, was also a previous service tech. He immediately found a split rear flex line. Once inside and on the hoist, the techs found the other rear line close to failure.

Although the breakdown was inconvenient and lead to 2 nights in a hotel. Lano was able to source the parts quickly, and the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Lano kept us updated on the status of the work, and was available to answer any questions I had, as well as give recommendations for area restaurants.

I would highly recommend the service department at Gilpin Ford RV for any service work.

As well, Dave from sales was very friendly and knowledgeable in showing me several of the new units on the lot.

I've lived in the area for six years. In my prior position in retail, I assisted many people associated with the Dewey location, from Me. Galpin to sales, service and porter employees. I liked their positive remarks and, when I purchased my 2008 Escape, I didn't hesitate to bring it to the dealership. My primary interaction was with "C" aka Chris. Sadly, there were two wallet-shattering issues and C shared the reality as well as options in a straightforward, compassionate manner. His follow through - my standard of service - has been excellent. The service team seemed responsive to my needs and the service person sharing a cubicle with C stepped in when I called or dropped in so there was no "wait for a response "

Recently I took my trailer in to get my onboard generator serviced at the cottonwood location and with a diagnosis found that it had major problems and needed replaced. With only a day or so before we were leaving town on vacation for the month. The replacement generator would be a week or two for delivery, Joe and the crew in the service department had a floor model onan contractor generator that they made me a heck of a deal on so that we could get on the road for our vacation. Top notch service department at this location, we were treated with respect and helped with any and all that we needed! Top notch crew here thank you Joe and crew!!

We have had our Trailer serviced at Galpins over the years and they have done a good job. Last week they went above and beyond. As we drove our truck to pick up our 5th wheel trailer for a week long camping trip, the dashboard light came on saying service trailer brake system. Uh oh! So we went to Galpins in Cottonwood, where Joe, the service manager, tried everything to diagnose and repair the problem in the Truck braking system. It was acting mysteriously, so after a number of technicians and Joe himself tried to help us, we had to give up and cancel our trip until we could get the truck into a repair shop. Long story short- Joe did not charge us for all of their time spent attempting to help.. And everyone was thoughtful, cordial and professional. So appreciated. Thank you very much.

Big kudos and many thanks to Joe & Josiah at Galpin RV service. I couldn't ask for kinder, more efficient help from staff at a dealer service dept. I brought my 22 ft GeoPro in bc I couldn't get the AC to blow cold. Ten minutes later they had it working, had checked my portable generator and cables and had all running perfectly for me. And by their grace, I wasn't charged a penny for their help (and I really needed that at the moment).

Ive used the service department at Galpin RV in Cottonwood on multiple occasions. Each time I come away being thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the work in the communication of the staff.

In all my adult years, Ive never trusted nor liked salesman nor finance managers until my husband, and I met Glenn Eddie at Galpin Ford and RV Dewey. Unbeknownst to me Glen was the financial manager yet was stepping in to help us until Fred Hoadley, one of the RV consultants was available.

When I first met Glenn, I anticipated your everyday salesperson, saying what you want to hear, trying to convince you that they have your best interest in mind and that they are your new best friend. I was determined to show him that I wasnt going to fall for it nor be his friend - ha!

Yet, Glen was NOTHING like what I was expecting or was used to yet EVERYTHING that you would hope for and want in a salesperson/finance manager. Kind, honest, sincere, trustworthy, insightful, easy to talk with and no B.S. kind of guy which is exactly what this 60-year-old couple needed and longed for.

Glen went above and beyond our expectations and took the time to help us understand and work through a financial situation that we were in and that needed to be resolved before purchasing our new RV. Glen showed us what we needed to do and how to do it. He didnt gain a cent by helping us, yet what he did gain was our loyalty, and trust.

Fred was another great player in this dream team duo. Fred, like Glen, was easy to talk to, down-to-earth, sincere and honest.

Our RV dash AC was not working correctly when on vacation. We were able to get a service appointment easily and on a convenient day before moving on to next stop. I am sitting in the waiting room at Galpin now. The service department is almost done with my RV besides a requested oil change they did a full inspection and found a few minor things. Some of which they suggested did not need to be corrected. It is unusual to go to a business where they dont try to spend your money, Im impressed with Galpin and will return over and over again

Galpin RV is now the go to service center for northern AZ. Galpin RV used to be a place to get cheap propane and not much else. When Joe Thornborrow was made service manager, he changed that. Joe and his team took a service center that was a complete disaster and turned it into THE GO TO RV SERVICE CENTER! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is unmatched. Customer service is a top priority now. We bought our rig from Galpin and had quite a few warranty items that needed to be addressed. The previous service management would tell you what you wanted to hear and not much else. If any repairs were made, they were shotty and needed to be reworked. Joe and his team addressed all outstanding items, worked tirelessly with vendors and have gotten our rig working like new. If you are in need of RV service, we highly recommend Galpin RV.

Everyone at Galpin RV in Cottonwood is great- they are courteous, professional, and always ready to help. I had a recall on my propane system and they called me before I even knew about it and had me bring in my camper van to be sure it wasn't leaking. When they got the recall part in, they called me to have it replaced. Jon and his service and parts team are friendly and kept me informed throughout the length of the recall. ...Today they checked & repacked all the wheel bearings, and inspected the brakes, springs, shackles..... and lubricated all the joints, wet-bolts, etc! Plus, they serviced the brake backing plates, and sealed areas of the wiring that had not been previously done!

...They did a great job on our coach today.

...All in all, it means so much to me, when we're out in the middle of nowhere with our RV, to know our coach was serviced by talented, wonderful people who CARE !!!

The furnace on our RV quit on us. Called Galpin Service Department and they check out the problem and said we needed a new furnace. The furnace was still under warranty the service department called the furnace company for a replacement. The furnace company did not want to replace the furnace, but Galpin Service Department kept calling the furnace company until they agree to replace the furnace. Give credit to Joe, Bill and Nathan for the good service we received. They installed the new furnace in one hour.

We got awesome service at Galpin RV in Cottonwood. Our RV furnace stopped running and the manager Bob Lower provided parts to get it up and running until our ordered parts were delivered. He saved from another freezing 27 degree night!

Traveling from CA to AZ and had our first flat and they took us right in and fixed it right away. Super clean service area and nice techs.

We had a power steering hose go on our RV, while camping in Cottonwood. We made several painful phone calls to our roadside assistance provider, and other Ford dealers. Finally we found Galpin on the internet. Called and Darrin Gray, the service manager, said he knew exactly what was wrong. Have it towed here and he said he could have us on the road in no time. He wasnt kidding. We were in and out in 1 hour. Great service and the tech was excellent. If I lived near there instead of PA, I would use them for all my service needs. Great working with them.

A home owner would never call a repairman to the home; hand him/ her the door key and drive away. To do so would require extreme trust yet, thats just what I did.We live full time in our RV. Everything we own is in our RV. Everything. On March 1, 2021 we arrived at Galpin Ford & RV in Dewey - as scheduled. The RV had a serious engine malfunction. Galpins certified techs quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part and estimated a next-day arrival. We handed the keys to a stranger and checked into a local hotel. The next morning Cheryl called us to inform 1) the part had arrived 2) the repair would be completed that day. That afternoon, Cheryl called again to inform our RV was repaired & ready for pick up. While on a extended road trip through New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. While towing my 2019 R-POD 190, I got to my campsite only to discover the complete blackwater piping had fallen on the highway somewhere. The parts would have taken weeks to get if ordered from the factory. After looking all over the state, Phil personally drove to Flagstaff to get the last part that was needed. The guys got me back on the road in a couple days, when I could have been stuck there for weeks. They even worked with the warranty Dept at Forest River so I would not have to pay out of pocket. I was very impressed by the service provided by Service Advisor David Wilson. He was very patient in determining the cause of the challenges I had with the trailer brake controller in my F150. He kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and arranged convenient transportation. It was a pleasant experience all around. Thank you.

Our Ford F450 dually diesel truck broke down in Verde Valley with our 5th wheel trailer behind it. We were able to limp back to the campground and unhitch. The 1st Ford dealer we went to ended up telling us what the problem is but could only recommend that we take it to Phoenix where they had lifts big enough to lift our truck up. They did say that maybe Galpin RV might help. Bob at the Cottonwood, AZ. store said that Dewey could probably take care of us. He also arranged for a rental car at a lower price to be reserved for us. We limped the truck over to Dewey and met Dominick at the Dewey location. We told him our tale and how we had to rent a car, could stay in the campground a little while longer, etc. This was on a Friday. When he called on Saturday and told us they could fix it but weren't sure how (had to drop a 65 gallon fuel tank full of diesel), we asked when will it be done. He estimated the following Friday! We had no choice. The repair was going to run into the thousands just in labor alone. We checked with Dominick on Monday and they were working on it. Imagine our surprise when Dominick called on Tuesday and said they were done and it was ready! Dominick and his techs had figured out a way to remove the bed on the truck just enough to get to the tank and replace the fuel pump/sending unit. A bonus was we did not lose the fuel in the tank. I won't go into what they found but the original aftermarket installers really botched the installation. Dominick and techs performed the installation according to Ford specs and it was done right. The second best part of dealing with Galpin was the final bill. Because they found a way to cut time the bill was actually thousands less . The best part of dealing with Galpin was that they got us going and back on the road so quickly with excellent service. Galpin Ford did not know us from Adam. We pulled in and live in Florida, yet they treated us like we had been buying cars and trucks from them since we were born. You do not find that kind of care and expert service much anymore. We cannot thank everyone at Galpin enough for the service they provided for us.

I would just like to say thank you very much to both Bob Lower and Jonathan Aguilar. Both of these gentleman were very customer service oriented and more than efficient! They performed an excellent job in repairing my RV in a very reasonable amount of time. I would recommend the Parts & Service department to all of my family and friends! I have come to Galpin RV in Cottonwood several times for service (both urgent and routine) and have been impressed each time. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. Bob in parts goes the extra mile, Ron and Steve are top notch in the garage and Sergio and Josh are great service managers. We are away from our home base and needed some repairs done under warranty. Made the appointment in advance and arrived at the dewey-humboldt location Monday morning. Met with Ezra Galpin service director who assigned a mechanic to begin the work on our heater which stopped working and adjustments to our kitchen slide. The heater needed to be removed and parts have to be ordered so we went about our way and returned to a local Campground. Ezra called the next day to inform us that the heater was diagnosed and parts were ordered and that he would contact us when the parts arrived. When the parts arrived he personally after repair delivered our furnace and had a service rep come out and reinstall the furnace on site at the campground at together with adjusting our slide. I would have to say that our service was world-class and we couldnt ask for anything more the text were extremely knowledgeable of our unit and the equipment and had the repairs finished in the short time thank you again for everything youve done for us

My salesperson was David McAlpin at the Dewey Store.. It was quite the deal. Ended up trading in my motorhome and toad (Prius) and bought an F150 and 21 foot travel trailer. David was there for me the whole way with helpful advice and explanations as needed. Couldnt have done it without him. Hes my go to guy at Galpin RV.

I dealt with Ryan Hannon and the manager Guy Graham. I found them very professional, courteous and helpful. I had many questions and being 165 miles away many of our conversations were by phone. They were so helpful, patient and responsive to my questions. Our transactions did not work out but I can not say enough good things about them and Galpin Ford in Dewey.
